About Authors

Professor V.K. Boominathan is the Head, Department of Commerce, Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli. He has a teaching experience of over 25 years in handing classes for B.Com. M.Com. and M.B.A. Students of not only Bharathidasan University, but also other university. He has three papers to his credit presented at the National Level. He is a Master Trainer in HRD programmes.
He is a regular visiting faculty to the local chapters of Indian Institute of Bankers, State Bank of India Training Centre, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, Academic Staff College and Study Centres of IGNOU. He has been member of the board of Studies in Commerce of Bharathidasan University.
He is the Co-ordinator of the Academic Study Centre of the ICFAI, Hyderabad, at Tiruchirappalli located at Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli-17. He is the member of the College Expert Committee on Commerce for a few Colleges in Tamil Nadu.
