All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

Sultan Chand & Sons has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

* We offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through www.sultanchandandsons.com

* Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

* We make our best efforts to ship each Product in your order within 1-2 working days of the order. Subject to availability of the product.

* We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

* To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed. Indian Postal Services as well reputed courier services.

The Customer will receive free refund, if the return is a result of our error. Such cases must be brought to our notice immediately after receipt of book(s) by emailing to sultanchand74@yahoo.com and book(s) so returned must be received by us within 20 days from the date of online ordering.

Book(s) so returned must be property packed and must be received at our end in the same condition it was sent and if received in damaged condition, no refund would be made.

In case any order are cancelled by you after procurement but before being shipped by Sultan Chand & Sons then no charges will be applicable for India. For outside India, actual Postage will be applicable.

Refunds will be made after it is approved by the credit department within 7-10 working days. The books purchased from our showroom in New Delhi cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the New Delhi showroom from where the book(s) was purchased.

In case of any grievances, you may directly email us at sultanchand74@yahoo.com or write a letter to us at our New Delhi office address within 90 days of date of Order/Invoice/Payment made.

Jurisdiction for any claims arising under these terms and conditions shall lie exclusively with the state courts in New Delhi.
