Dr. Sushma Singh is a legal professional with more than 12-years of experience in areas of teaching, research and litigation. She completed her Ph.D., LL.M and B.A LL. B from Department of Law, MDU, Rohtak and is UGC NET JRF Qualified. She is a Certified Mediator having been appeared in more than 50 cases of Mediation and was able to successfully resolve more than 30+ cases. She has been honoured by the Chief Justice of India Justice (Dr.) D.Y. Chandrachud for authoring a book. She has attended and presented papers in more than 30 National and International Conferences, Seminars and Webinars. Currently, she has about 28 research papers published in her name in SCOPUS, UGC, Peer Reviewed Journals as well as Edited Book Chapters. She has also authored 1 book in her name and other books are in the process of publication. She is very enthusiastic and hardworking personnel with area of interest in the field of Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Laws, Mediation White Collar Crimes and Crimes against Women and Children, etc.
