Truly this book covers the Management Syllabus in depth and makes Learners’ easily understand the field of Management and to be noted practically as well. These days I am working as an Academic Content Creator. Again,I must say this book makes me feel ready with clarity each time I read it and apply the subject-matter for my work tasks. The reasons I love this book are plenty but some of those are listed as follows: Systematic presentation of the Theories of Management.Eg.Schools of Management Thought. Easy Classifications for various complicated and confusing topics.Eg.Motivation and Leadership. In depth knowledge discussion and Quick Revision provided with Key Concepts for Review. Case- Studies at the beginning of each Chapter. Awareness Developer to assess your Managerial Skill. M.C.Q ,Short Questions,Discussion/Application Questions,Case-Study Questions for complete coverage and practice of the subject-matter. Total we get 7 Units -20 Chapters plus Appendix,Glossary,Subject Index in this Book. My personal key takeaways are: The concept and features of Management are explained in a very reader-friendly manner.Earlier I used to get utterly confused about Classifying the Schools of Management Thoughts. But when I studied the History of the Schools of Management Thought in a comprehensive method in this book, here it took me just a few minutes to categorise:Classical,Neo-Classical,Contemporary Approaches etc.Motivation and Leadership Chapters have been categorised in an easy classification style to understand and memorise with confidence. My favourite Chapter : Ch:20 ‘Management Practices of Prominent Countries and Business Leaders’ The comparison of the Management Practices followed in the USA ,JAPAN,CHINA created an interest to know more about Cross Cultural practices worldwide. Also, the Management Practices of Famous Leaders are given to inculcate a sense of understanding about practical Managerial enthusiasm. You shall get to read the styles of Leaderships by :Dhirubhai Ambani,Ratan Tata,Narayana Murthy,Azim Premji,Steve Jobs,Bill Gates. My Suggestion : A Website of Chapter Videos can be created for the purchasers of this book, where this Book Study Reference Videos will be made available. I am very thankful for the knowledge I get from this book each and every time when I read it.
